Our transport policy is to get your goods to you as quickly and as economically as we can. We do not make a profit on shipping and offer as wide a range of services as possible, without tying ourselves into logistical knots.

Transport is calculated on the basis of the weight of your order and, to a degree, how many boxes used.

When you reach the checkout you will be presented with a list of delivery options. The cheapest one will be chosen by default but you can change this. The options to choose from are:

 - APC Express next working day <150Kg
 - APC Express next working day before 9am
 - APC Express next working day before10.30am
 - APC Express next working day before 12am
 - APC Saturday (for orders placed Friday)
 - Pallex overnight >150Kg
 - Pallex 2-3 days >300Kg

Customers requesting APC Express must place their orders BEFORE 11am, so that the goods are delivered the next working day. If you will not be in to receive the goods please leave instructions in the comments box, as to where you would like the driver to leave the parcel.

Any trade client purchasing stock quantities should choose Pallex, whether economy or overnight, simply on economic grounds. You don’t need a forklift at the delivery address, but you do need to take receipt of the pallet.

Finally, the complexity of setting up a website to deal with every permutation of transport, means we must ask those choosing to send goods to the more wonderful parts of the UK, or even the EU, to ring us and ask for a transport quote over the phone (01952 727899).
