Basic Soap is a white pigmented product for finishing sanded hardwoods in as natural a manner as possible.The best description of the finish achieved is driftwood. Testing will give an impression of the initial appearance of the floor, but the true finish is a consequence of regular use and cleaning. Only use on engineered or veneered wood floors if you are certain the floor structure is stable enough for repeated washing.
